Choose whether one on one sessions, group sessions, or any combination of the two works best for you.

1:1 Tutoring/Coaching

Older Teens (16-18): Coaching/Tutoring is targeted towards helping you be ready for life after high school. We explore different educational and professional paths, uncover your passions and drive, and get you headed towards meeting goals that will help you thrive and succeed after graduation.

Adults: Focus is on healing and getting unstuck. We identify what is blocking you from meeting your fullest potential. I can help you call in your motivation, make goals, understand yourself and your needs better, and heal from past traumas still holding you back today.

Executives: Focus is on how to develop your leadership and people management skills. I will conduct assessments such as a 360 Feedback Review, Emotional Intelligence Assessment, and/or Personality Strengths Assessment to help you identify needed areas for development as a leader. Then we work on targeting those areas with tools that measure your development by the end of the coaching agreement.

Weekly Coaching/Tutoring Group Classes

Current cohort of classes is a 10-week program for teens/preteens ages 10-18. This class will meet once a week on Monday evenings at 4:30pm at the Lightwork Lounge in Surprise, AZ. First class starts on Monday 10/6 at 4:30pm
