About Me

My name is Sarah Jayne and I have a bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Social Science (focused in Geography and Psychology) and a master's in Industrial/Organizational Psychology (psychology for organizations/the workplace). Through my master's degree I recieved training in administering psychometric assessments to help people determine career paths most suited for their personalities/ strengths, as well as leadership coaching to help develop professionals into better leaders. I also studied Secondary Education and Mental Health Counseling before I decided to ultimately land on 1/0 Psychology so I have some formal education in the areas of counseling and teaching as well.

Beyond that, I have both experience working in talent aquisition and HR with big name corporations and I also have more than 10 years of experience working with and teaching kids of all ages from 2 years old to 18.

I miss working with kids and as I have been working in HR hiring people for organizations in more recent years, I have found myself often offering help and advice to newly graduated high school students trying to find their way in the professional world. I decided I want to marry all of these passions together and provide services to help teach kids basic life skills needed to be as successful as possible in their chosen career paths (and do what I can to help them discover different career path options if they are not yet sure what it is they want to do after high school)
