About Me

My name is Sarah Jayne and I have a bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Social Sciences and a master's in Industrial/Organizational Psychology -psychology for how people exist within organizations/structures. Through my master's degree I received training in administering psychometric assessments to help people determine career paths most suited for their personalities/strengths, as well as leadership coaching to help develop professionals into better leaders.

Beyond that, I have both experience working in HR with big name corporations and I also have more than 10 years of experience working with and teaching kids of all ages from 2 years old to 18 in church Youth Programs and in prior Social Work as a Psychosocial Rehabilitation Specialist.

I come from a long line of Brazilian women with ancestral intuitive gifts for healing. In addition to my extensive formal education in empirically-based strategies and theories for human change, transformation, and development, I am an ordained minister, a Reiki practitioner, and a Brazilian rapé ceremonialist. I prefer to use a psychospiritual lense to help guide and heal people, focusing on the individual from a holistic viewpoint. I believe in tackling healing and development at every level: physical, emotional/energetic, and mental/cognitive. Although my experience and expertise may seem varied and unrelated, one common thread has always endured throughout my life and career:

I excel at helping people be their very best!
